My health and fitness journey began when I attended my first bodybuilding show with my dad and met Lee Haney, I was 12. Reading my dad's muscle and fitness magazines came next and then at 19 joining my first gym and I was hooked and 28 years later still training and loving it!
My journey continued with competing in the figure division of the INBA.
Looking for something to complement my training I found Yoga!
The connection between mind, body and spirit is very important, the unity of oneself, which drew me down my next path of completing my Yoga teacher training in 2010.
The journey never ends ... And as I tell my students and clients it not about touching your toes, it about the journey of how you get there!
Heath and fitness is my passion and inspiring and coaching others to achieve their goals or improve their health and become the best versions of themselves , is the my greatest reward.

Master Coach Fred Liberatore started researching the best and worst of weight loss over many years, and working with hundreds of clients as a personal trainer with over 30 years in the fitness industry. “I'm really passionate about helping my clients closing the gap in achieving weight loss and optimum health and incredible energy levels” – Fred Liberatore.
Fred continues to train champion bodybuilders and elite fitness athletes including; Natural Mr Australia, Eddy Ung; world kick boxing champion, Les Clarke Jnr. Fred also writes for many health & fitness magazines and appears on radio and TV. Fred mentors his personal trainers at his own studio Realfit Personal Training in Prahran Victoria and is the appointed Victorian Agent for a large Australian Supplement company namely Body Science International Pty Ltd (BSc) whereby he helps transform people’s lives with the right supplement advice and tips and forums.
His philosophy has always been to train hard, no excuses and his own peak fitness is a reflection of that by winning the Nabba Masters obtaining the title of Mr. Australia. Fred has the edge over 99% of personal trainers, coaches and health experts because he understands the physical aspect of training and nutrition in the finest detail, but also combines it with the mental edge he has discovered after years of studying the world’s top peak performance experts. My passion is creating positive change in people’s lives by helping them to achieve their goals. I qualified in Ireland and am pursuing further education here in Australia and so you will never be bored by our sessions. Everything that I learn I pass forward to my clients in the hopes of creating the best programme individually styled to suit your needs but also to ignite your passion. It is my hope that all clients that I work for arrive at the gym smiling and leaving smiling (but sweating!!!!!).
I have an extensive background in group sports playing Gaelic Football (Aussie rules without the tackling), basketball, soccer and anything else I could get the opportunity to pursue. I also have experience with injury recovery training and strength training including competition training for powerlifting events.

Straight out of high school I commenced a Bachelor of Health Science with majors in Nutrition and Exercise Science with the idea of eventually doing Dietetics. I quickly discovered a passion for my Exercise Science units due to their interactive nature and decided to undertake my Cert IV in Fitness whilst simultaneously finishing my degree. In 2016 I began my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. This degree has ignited my passion for helping others achieve their goals no matter how big or small they are. I love to learn and am constantly looking for new exercises and training ideas.

Holly is a UK qualified Personal Trainer and is passionate about helping others find health, fitness and happiness. She greatly believes that nutrition, movement and mindfulness are the only form of medication we need. 'The human body and brain are 70% water, if water doesn't flow/move it becomes stagnant. The same principle applies to the human body!'
Holly has a sporty background and has played soccer at a semi professional level in the UK. Over the past couple of years she has focused and trained in Calisthenics and primal movements. 'We were designed to walk, run, jump, crawl, climb, twist and turn'. She loves athleticism and believes the body should be dimensionally fit!
Having played various sports from a young age, the values of health and fitness were instilled in me early on. This led me to compete in International Soccer Competitions and reach high level in Thailand and ultimately to pursue a Advanced Diploma of Sports therapy .
This ignited his passion for personal training and helping others to reach their health, fitness and performance goals. Working one on one with clients helped me to learn the value of positive reinforcement by setting and reaching small goals throughout each training session. This focus on small victories has led to my clients having great success in reaching not only their physical goals but improving their overall health and wellbeing. My training philosophy now focuses on helping clients reach performance based goals, ensuring that they feel positive and motivated and can continuously see improvements.
