WHAT FITNESS LEVELS DO REALFIT PROGRAMS CATER TO?
We cater to a wide range of individuals at all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our programs are designed by experienced professionals to be adaptable and scalable, supporting continued progress at your own pace.
WHAT FITNESS RESULTS CAN I EXPECT WITH REALFIT?
With a strong commitment to learn and grow, you can start to see results within the first few weeks. Sustain that commitment over time, and you’ll have continued growth. However, with each of us having different goals, different experiences and different starting points, results may vary.
WHO WILL BE MY PERSONAL TRAINER?
Realfit has some of the most dedicated and decorated personal trainers in Melbourne. As part of your induction and assessment, Realfit will match you with the most appropriate trainer and book sessions that complement your schedule.
WHAT TRAINING SESSION TIME SLOTS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer training sessions throughout the day. Take your sessions in the morning, afternoon or evening on any day of the week. Our goal is to find a trainer and time slot that suits your schedule and lifestyle.
CAN REALFIT HELP WITH NUTRITION?
Yes, our trainers are experts in nutrition and can provide informed advice. We also offer a premium nutrition consultation for those seeking specific guidance that aligns with their body type, needs, limitations and goals.
CAN YOU CREATE A GYM PROGRAM FOR ME?
Professional exercise programming can be provided by appointment. We recommend a programming review every 4 - 6 weeks to continue your growth trajectory. Programming options can be tailored for just $10 per week.
DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CLASSES?
No, you do not actively need to book each class. Our staff will allocate you to a class with people at a similar milestone in their journey and in one that suits your weekly schedule. If you miss a class, you can still join one of the other classes to keep you moving forward.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
There is no cancellation fee if you give notice 24 hours in advance before cancelling. In some cases, we can even reschedule your session for the week.
CAN I SUSPEND MY GYM MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks, regardless of your reasons. We understand that life happens, and we are here to be as flexible as possible.
HOW DO I PERMANENTLY CANCEL MY GYM MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel your membership, provide at least 1 month's written notice to info@realfit.com.au. Alternatively, simply let your training instructor know, and they will guide you through the process.
