  • HOW MUCH DO THE REALFIT CHALLENGES COST?

  • WHEN AM I EXPECTED TO MAKE MY FIRST PAYMENT?

    We offer flexible payment options to suit you. You can choose to pay monthly or take advantage of an additional incentive by paying upfront.

  • WHO ARE REALFIT CHALLENGES FOR?

    Our fitness challenges are for men and women generally over 40 who are ready to stop making excuses, lose fat and build muscle.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?

    When we meet, we will discuss the timetable and your preference for AM or PM slots. While we ask that you do your best to attend every scheduled session, we understand that life gets busy. If you are going to miss a class, let us know in advance, and you can potentially make it up on another day.


  • DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE SAME CLASSES EACH WEEK?

    Yes, we love structure, and so will you! Once you're all set, we ask for a 6 or 12-week commitment.

  • CAN I PULL OUT ONCE I HAVE STARTED?

    We encourage you to finish your fitness challenge once you’ve started. If you experience an unexpected medical or family emergency, we will try our best to accommodate you when you’re ready to restart your challenge. 

  • WILL YOU PROVIDE NUTRITION SUPPORT DURING THE CHALLENGE?

    Upon request, we can provide you with a full nutrition program during the weeks of your challenge, with regular weigh-ins and measurements. This allows us to track your progress, celebrate wins, and make adaptations as needed. 

  • WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO START?

    Our fitness challenges are suitable for all fitness levels. As long as you are physically able and have no serious medical conditions, you are ready to start. However, we always recommend seeking your doctor’s advice before beginning a new routine.

  • CAN YOU MODIFY EXERCISES IF I AM INJURED?

    Yes. During the initial sessions, we will address any specific concerns you have. We can even liaise directly with your health practitioner to ensure you are progressing safely each day. Of course, we do recommend obtaining a medical clearance before you begin.


  • WILL YOU PUBLISH MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR THE REALFIT WEBSITE?

    We will only publish photos of you online with your permission. Realfit is fortunate enough to already have plenty of success stories, so we respect whatever makes you feel comfortable.
